What to include
For a broken or inaccurate tool, tell us the tool's name, the browser and operating system you were using, and what you expected to happen instead. For a factual correction on an article, a link to the page and the specific line in question gets it fixed fastest. For a missing format or a new tool idea, tell us the exact conversion or task you needed and could not find.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a security issue, email us directly rather than filing it publicly. Because every tool runs client side and no file you process is ever transmitted to us, most reports concern the site itself rather than a data exposure, but we take either kind seriously and will confirm receipt.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a file you closed the tab on, since nothing you process is ever stored anywhere, including by us. We also do not offer bespoke conversion work outside the tools published on the site.
